Nine US liquidation marketplaces: Liquidation.com, B-Stock, DirectLiquidation, 888 Lots, Via Trading, BlueLots, GovDeals, Musick, and QuickBidz. B-Stock is one of the nine rather than the whole product: its retailer storefronts (Costco, Walmart, Target, Home Depot and dozens more) land in the same feed as GovDeals government surplus, Liquidation.com's daily auctions, and the fixed-price wholesale catalogs. Sites outside those nine are reviewed in the source directory, but their listings are not pulled into the feed.

No, and there is nowhere to put one. BStalker never asks for a marketplace login: no B-Stock password, no Liquidation.com password, no marketplace payment details. A BStalker account holds your email address, the picks and searches you save, and your email preferences. We never store your password itself. The privacy policy lists it in full. Subscription billing runs through Stripe and is entirely separate from whatever accounts you keep on the marketplaces.

No. BStalker never places a bid, never buys a lot, and never takes a payment for one. It is the radar, not the checkout. Every lot in the feed links out to the marketplace selling it, and you place the bid there yourself, signed in to your own account on that site, exactly as if you had found the lot by hand. The only money BStalker ever charges is your own subscription.

No. BStalker is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by B-Stock Solutions (bstock.com) or any of the marketplaces it covers. The similar names invite confusion, so to be precise: B-Stock (bstock.com) is a marketplace where retailers auction returns and overstock; BStalker (bstalker.com) is a separate product that puts B-Stock listings in one feed alongside eight other marketplaces. Marketplace names and logos appear on this site to identify where a listing came from, nothing more.

You can, and plenty of buyers do. The one thing a marketplace's own saved search cannot do is look outside that marketplace, so covering nine sites that way means nine setups and nine differently-formatted emails with no shared number between them. Yes, both: from Billing (account menu → Billing), where plan changes and cancellation run through the Stripe billing portal. Canceling stops the next charge, and access continues until the end of your current billing period. No contract, no prorated refunds.

There's no single best site: it depends on what you plan to resell and how much certainty you need before bidding. First-timers usually do better on manifested lots (an itemized list of what's inside) than on mystery inventory, whichever marketplace they pick. They can be, but plenty of Amazon return pallets, especially those resold off-platform, are unmanifested (the official B-Stock channel usually manifests its lots). On an unmanifested lot you're buying a category and a condition grade, not a known list of items, and some units in a typical returns lot won't be sellable. The math has to work even with a chunk of the lot written off. Add up the real landed cost (bid, buyer's premium, and freight) and weigh it against what you can realistically resell before you bid.

Buy as close to the source and as close to home as you can. Bidding directly on the marketplace auctions usually beats buying from a middleman who won the same lot and marked it up, and freight is often the deciding line: a cheap pallet three states away can land costing more than a pricier one you can pick up yourself.

Three things first: most marketplaces require a resale certificate to register, the winning bid is not the price (add the buyer's premium and freight to get your real landed cost), and lot descriptions are patterns, not promises: condition grades describe the typical unit, and a few items in most lots won't be sellable.

Some resellers do, but it's a labor business, not a passive one: sourcing, testing, listing, storage, and returns all take real hours before any margin shows up. Whether the math works comes down to what you pay landed versus what your category actually sells for, and there's no standard number; anyone quoting one isn't measuring your lots. Search by seller location or pickup city, and treat distance as a cost input rather than a convenience: freight is often the second-biggest line in a pallet's landed cost, so a nearby lot you can pick up yourself frequently beats a cheaper one across the country. BStalker's near hub breaks out live auction counts by metro for lots with a published warehouse location, so you can start from where the pallets actually are.

Alerts ride saved searches. Every account gets 1 free; Full Access takes the cap off. Each saved search sets its own cadence: one daily digest by default, or a separate email per match if you flip that search to instant. Sources are checked continually, so a new lot reaches you on the first check that sees it.

Four checks, in order. First, that the inbox you're watching is the address on your BStalker account: alerts go there and nowhere else. Second, spam or the Promotions tab; if a digest landed there, mark it "not spam" so the next one reaches your inbox. Third, Settings → Email: an earlier unsubscribe click switches alert emails off there. Fourth, the saved search itself: it must be active (not paused) and broad enough that something can match. It depends on you, because the trial took a card at checkout. Cancel inside the 3 days and nothing is ever charged: your account drops back to the free demo and there is nothing else to undo. Do nothing and the card is charged the plan price when the 3 days run out, and Full Access simply continues. Either way your setup stays put: your picks stay saved, and saved searches are kept, not deleted, your newest 1 keeps emailing you matches on the demo, and any others go quiet until you upgrade.
