How do email alerts work?
Alerts ride saved searches. Every account gets 1 free, Scout covers 3, and Pro is unlimited. Each saved search carries its own cadence: the default is one daily digest bundling that day's matches, and any search can be flipped to instant for a separate email per match. Timing follows rescans rather than a clock — sources are rescanned every few hours, and a listing can only trigger an alert on the rescan that first sees it.
