Why am I not getting alert emails?

Four checks, in order. First, that the inbox you're watching is the address on your BStalker account: alerts go there and nowhere else. Second, spam or the Promotions tab; if a digest landed there, mark it "not spam" so the next one reaches your inbox. Third, Settings → Email: an earlier unsubscribe click switches alert emails off there. Fourth, the saved search itself: it must be active (not paused) and broad enough that something can match. And remember the default is one daily digest: a day with no new matches sends no email at all. Still stuck? Email support@bstalker.com.
