These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BStalker ("the Service"), a pallet profitability tracking tool operated by BStalker. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
When you create an account, you agree to:
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
You agree not to:
You retain full ownership of the business data you enter into the Service, including pallet information, inventory records, sales data, and financial figures. We claim no ownership or intellectual property rights over your content. You may export your data at any time.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis without a formal SLA. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability and will attempt to provide advance notice when possible.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BStalker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination for cause, you may lose access to your data. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and allow data export before termination, except in cases of severe violations.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email at the address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
