Between 2026-04-22 and 2026-10-24, BStalker tracked 10,787 closed beauty lots, of which 10,020 were priced. Every figure below comes from that archive, measured October 24, 2026 (2026-10-24), and carries its denominator.
The short answer: among 5,756 multi-unit beauty lots, the 5,009 priced lots closed at a median final bid of $349 and a median $3.50 per unit. The median published unit count across the 5,756 multi-unit lots was 111. The longer answer starts with separating single-item listings from multi-unit supply before comparing pallet prices.
The two markets inside the beauty category
Split the 10,787 closed beauty lots by published unit count and the pallet-shaped supply separates from single-item listings. Multi-unit means two or more published units; it can describe a small bundle, a pallet or a truckload. A category label alone does not tell you which one you are bidding on.
| Lot shape | Closed lots | Median final bid | Median units | Median per unit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Multi-unit (2 or more units) | 5,756 (5,009 priced) | $349 | 111 | $3.50 |
| Single-item | 4,117 (4,104 priced) | $10.50 | 1 | $10.50 |
Window: 2026-04-22 to 2026-10-24, measured 2026-10-24. Bid and per-unit medians use the 5,009 priced multi-unit lots and 4,104 priced single-item lots; unit-count medians use all 5,756 multi-unit and 4,117 single-item lots. For single-item lots, per-unit price is the lot price by construction.
The remaining 914 closed beauty lots had no published unit count; 907 were priced, with a $10 median final bid, and sit outside the shape split.
The spread behind the pallet median
Across the 5,009 priced multi-unit beauty lots from 2026-04-22 to 2026-10-24, the middle 50% closed between $125 and $1,175 per lot, and between $1.11 and $10.00 per unit. The $349 lot median is a center inside that spread, not a quote for a particular pallet.
Across the 4,104 priced single-item beauty lots in the same window, the middle 50% closed between $5.00 and $22.00. Folding those listings into a pallet comparison changes the question. Start with the published count and contents before comparing prices.
Each eligible lot's per-unit figure divides its last observed bid by its published unit count, then the median is taken across those figures. Dividing the lot median by the unit-count median does not recover the per-unit median, and dividing the lot and per-unit medians does not recover a typical unit count. These are separate summaries, and unit counts include unpriced lots.
The same category, different channels
The platform split below covers priced beauty lots on platforms with at least 150 priced beauty lots, from 2026-04-22 to 2026-10-24. Each row gives its own priced denominator; smaller channels remain outside the table.
| Platform | Priced beauty lots | Median final bid |
|---|---|---|
| 888 Lots | 3,749 | $13.20 |
| Liquidation.com | 2,327 | $125 |
| B-Stock | 2,307 | $1,038 |
| QuickBidz | 1,183 | $4 |
| Musick | 156 | $7 |
Measured 2026-10-24. Platform medians mix lot shapes; read them with the shape split above. For fixed-price 888 Lots, the recorded figure is the last observed asking price before departure, which may reflect a purchase or a delisting, never a confirmed sale.
888 Lots is the largest beauty channel in this split, with a $13.20 median across 3,749 priced beauty lots; B-Stock has a $1,038 median across 2,307 priced beauty lots. The same category spans single items, bundles, pallets and truckloads. Each channel brings a different lot shape, so this is a supply-mix comparison rather than a ranking of where an equivalent pallet costs least.
For the wider channel populations, read the B-Stock study. The category siblings, what a pallet of apparel actually sells for and what a pallet of furniture actually sells for, use the same separation between single items and multi-unit supply, with their own dated windows.
What the archive can and cannot price
Final bid means the last observed bid before the lot left the feed, possibly a no-bid ask, never a confirmed sale. All bid figures are bid-only, before buyer premium, taxes and freight or pickup costs. The medians describe the observed population; they are not bid targets.
For a specific beauty lot, read the manifest, condition, expiration dates and lot codes alongside the published unit count. Add the applicable premium, taxes and freight or pickup costs to your bid before dividing by that count. A low bid per published unit does not establish how many pieces you can resell. Manifest dates and expiration windows matter more in beauty than in most categories.
