Free Trial

BStalker offers a 14-day free trial for all new accounts. No credit card is required to start. Your trial includes limited access to core features so you can evaluate the product before committing to a paid plan. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account reverts to read-only access.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation:

Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period.
You will not be charged for future billing periods.
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, during which you can export or reactivate.

Refunds

Because BStalker is a digital subscription service with a free trial period:

Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods.
If you were charged after attempting to cancel, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact us and we will work with you on a resolution, which may include a prorated refund or account credit.

Plan Changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
